• Once you are booked in, a questionnaire will be emailed to you within 48hrs.

• Turnaround time is 7 business days (after all content is received).

Items Needed:

• Brand Identity Assets – Logo (.png, transparent file), HEX colors, and fonts. (If still in development, options are available via consult.)

• High-Resolution Images – No screenshots or low-quality images.

• Web Page Copy – A starting draft is required. (Full copy service is included with booking.)

• Important: You’ll have 48 hours after receiving the questionnaire to submit these items. Your project cannot begin without them, and delays may push your project to the next available slot.
