Choose the design service that suits your needs best & book the service.
Within 24-48 hours you’ll receive an email for additional content requests. All content is due at least one day prior to your project start date. Please fill out as much information as you can on the page. If you have any additional comments, pictures, or uploads send via email to felicitybymj@gmail.com.
Once your content is in, we work on the designs the week of your project start date and send a draft for you to review.
You will be able to provide your revisions/feedback as comments within the design. Once you have approved all of the design mock-ups, we finalize all files and send them over to you.

No, you must have all required information submitted before projects get started and respond to within 7 days of draft being sent to finalize the design.

Yes, unless the designer signs a NDA, the project is under our discretion to share across all platforms.

Once a design project has been booked, the client is responsible for all services fees. We don’t offer refunds.

By booking a design service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and professional working relationship.
Monique Janean reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, including pricing, at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically before booking a service.
Designer has the right to decline any project or client.
Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required upfront before any design work begins. Payments are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, non-communication, or failure to provide required materials. If the client does not submit all required assets within the designated time frame, the project may be rescheduled at the designer’s discretion. Rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.
Invoice Policy
Invoices must be paid upon receipt or within 48 hours. Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the project or rescheduling of services. Unpaid invoices will result in the forfeiture of your booking, and the designer reserves the right to decline future services until outstanding balances are cleared.
Client Communications
All communication must take place during business hours: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Phone calls and consultations must be scheduled in advance. Unscheduled calls will not be answered.
If the client is unsatisfied with the design, they must notify the designer within two (2) business days via email of receiving the initial draft to discuss possible revisions. The designer strives for client satisfaction and will work within the outlined revision policy to address concerns.
After the product drafts are sent to the client, failing to contact the designer without concerns or revisions within the two day timeframe the product will be finalized. After 7 days of no communication from the client, the product will be forfeited and no refund shall be issued. There is a $75 restart fee to activate your abandoned project.
Copyrights & Usage
The designer retains full copyright ownership of all original design files. The client has the right to use the final approved design for personal and commercial purposes, including trademark registration. However, original design files (e.g., editable source files) remain the designer’s intellectual property unless a file release fee is agreed upon.
Completion & Revisions
The standard turnaround time is 7-14 business days after receiving all necessary materials.
Revisions must be requested within two (2) business days of receiving the initial design. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in project rescheduling and additional fees.
Included revisions cover minor modifications (e.g., text updates, slight layout adjustments). Major redesign requests may be subject to additional charges.
Sales, Promotions & Credits
Promotional discounts are valid only during the stated period and cannot be applied retroactively. Order payments are non-transferable between different projects. Credits from prior projects are not applicable to new orders.
Operating Hours
Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Weekends & Holidays: Closed (Work is not performed on these days)Contact made to designer after business hours will receive a response the next business day or within 48 hours.
Phone Consultations & Updates
Phone consultations must be booked in advance and may be subject to additional fees.
Design updates will be provided via email only—no updates will be given through DMs.
Questionnaires & Client’s Vision
Clients are required to complete a detailed intake form and submit all necessary materials within 48 hours of booking.
The designer will create based on the submitted vision, but minor creative liberties may be taken to enhance the final product.
Portfolio Rights
The designer reserves the right to showcase completed projects in their portfolio, on social media, and in marketing materials for promotional purposes. If the client wishes to keep the project private, they must request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which may be subject to an additional fee.
Additional Information
The client is responsible for providing all necessary assets (logos, images, text, etc.) within the required timeframe. The project cannot proceed without these materials. If a client orders multiple products/bundles, one order will be completed at a time.
Website and domain services: Clients are responsible for domain connection and publishing. The designer will provide instructions and/or scheduling support, but technical assistance beyond this scope may require an additional service fee.
Printing & Third-Party Vendors: The designer is not responsible for any printing errors, color inconsistencies, or issues related to third-party vendors. Clients are encouraged to request a print-ready proof before sending final files to a printer.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Professionalism and mutual respect are required throughout the working relationship. The designer reserves the right to terminate any project immediately if the client engages in disrespectful, harassing, or aggressive behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
